Our Story

Becky is a native of Greenville, SC and has a bachelor’s degree in interior decorating. She has been in and around the flooring business for 30 years. She worked as a designer with Creative Interiors and a manager at Spring Valley Decorating in Columbia, SC before coming to All About Flooring. A mother of 4, she has been with All About Flooring since its inception in a variety of roles. Many times her responsibilities take her off the sales floor, but her favorite thing is working with customers to find beautiful flooring that can be a true anchor to their design concept for their home.

Suki has served in her role as the Chief Canine Officer at All About Flooring for as long as she can remember. Her experience of fetching and sitting upon command has given her the expertise and know-how to flourish in her role. When not in the store, Suki enjoys harassing her siblings (cats) and eating things she isn’t supposed to. She finds the tummy scratches and treats the most rewarding part of her job.

Danny is a third-generation owner at All About Flooring. He grew up in the industry, learning small-business values from his family. Danny’s current focus is on project management and design consultation, but he started out cleaning the showroom and serving in the warehouse. Over time, he moved from position to position, learning how every division of All About Flooring works together to exceed customer expectations. Danny enjoys seeing an outdated home transform into a beautiful new living space with the addition of their floors. He loves helping customers find floors that will support their active lifestyles, making flooring the easiest box to check for any project.

Randy Mayfield is a flooring salesperson and mentor at All About Flooring. He has been with the company since day one and represented the majority of sales when they first opened their doors. Randy started his career at Mayfield’s Inc., a family business in Greenville, SC, where he worked in retail sales for seven years. He then started the commercial division in 1980 and worked with most of the design firms and architects in the Greenville area, helping write specifications and recommending flooring products for different types of projects including the specifications for the Greenville county school system. Randy enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, flying, and playing pickleball. He loves working with people to help them select the right flooring product for their home or office.

Zach Wilson has been the In-House Accountant at All About Flooring since the start of 2022. His focus is on financial statement preparation of the company while managing cash flows and forecasting. Zach previously worked at a CPA firm where a few of his clients were in the retail industry, which prepared him for his current role. He graduated from Bob Jones University in 2014 with a degree in accounting. Zach is part of the family at All About Flooring, where everyone plays an integral part in the success of the company. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his pets, playing golf, or learning new things.

My goal is to support your project by setting clear expectations and communicating with you on your flooring investment. Before All About Flooring, I worked as a carpenter in residential and commercial construction. He enjoys and takes pride in giving customers a winning experience through strong communication on meeting set deliverables. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with family, and he is all about anything home building, athletic, or high adventure. In Matt’s words “Floors are an investment supporting memories you will make. I'm confident we could build a winning experience together!”

Heather Edwards is a Project Manager at All About Flooring, where she has worked for over five years. Although this has been her first “sales” job, she has had many other jobs working closely with customers, and she has enjoyed getting to know each and every one of them. Heather’s highlight is when she sees a customer’s face light up after they find the perfect product. She enjoys guiding customers to the right floor for their specific needs, especially for those with pets or children. Heather understands the desire for fashion with functionality and loves helping customers select the perfect product for their space and family.

Ashley is a Project Manager at All About Flooring who is super excited to help you find the perfect flooring for your home. Before she began her career at All About Flooring, she worked as a restaurant manager at upscale restaurants for 13 years. This experience has helped Ashley develop a deep understanding of a customer’s needs and a keen eye for detail. She has always had a niche for interior decorating, so she is very passionate about seeing how happy customers are once their projects are complete. She is the mother of two precious little boys who she says are her “entire world”. So she knows how important it is to have a durable flooring that is easy to clean and hard to damage. She cannot wait to meet you and help you in your search for the floors you’ve always wanted!

As a Project Manager and Sales Associate at All About Flooring, Jordan Deane has helped countless customers find the perfect flooring for their homes. With a background as a Sales Manager for a nationwide retail brand, Jordan understands how to guide customers to the best flooring solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle. Passionate about providing excellent customer service, Jordan ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish. As a pet owner, he knows the importance of finding pet-friendly, easy-to-clean flooring that stands up to everyday life. Outside of work, Jordan is an avid musician who enjoys playing guitar and studying music theory. Whether helping customers design the perfect music studio or selecting durable flooring for a busy home, he is dedicated to finding the right fit for every space. Jordan looks forward to helping you get the floors your home deserves!

Rob Kowalk is a Project Estimator at All About Flooring, where he has been helping homeowners create their dream homes in the Upstate for three years. He previously owned a carpet cleaning business, where he helped homeowners care for their floors. Rob loves seeing customers’ reactions at the end of their process when they see the final product. He loves his job and can't wait to come measure your home and help you in the estimation process. Rob is also a dog lover and has a furry friend of his own.

Caleb Terpenning has been working as the Warehouse and Inventory Specialist for two years. He enjoys using his organizational skills to help operations run smoothly, creating a better shopping experience for customers. Caleb has previous experience as a house flipper, providing him with knowledge in the remodeling field, which he uses to provide unbiased personal opinions when asked. Caleb takes pleasure in helping customers find the right flooring for their home.

As the receptionist at All About Flooring, Rebekah is the first point of contact for customers, whether answering the phone or greeting them in the showroom. She ensures every visitor has a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. With over eight years of customer service experience, Rebekah understands the importance of creating a positive first impression. She loves meeting new people and takes pride in making sure every customer feels valued and appreciated.
